该机构由切断头、切断模、折弯、油缸、液压站、等组成，在线自动折弯，能完成250KN冲剪力的型材切断和型材折弯，切断和折弯模具材料为Cr12，淬火硬度HRC58-62。

单头悬臂开卷机：
(1) 负重：≤5T;
(2) 开卷内径范围：450~500 mm；
(3) 开卷外径：ф0 mm；
(4) 开卷宽度：≤500 mm。
(5)四连杆涨紧，手调磨擦轮制动，防止带钢过多松脱，且**轧机拖动带钢阻力小。
