不论质保期内、外，若设备出现问题，供方收到通知后，应在2小时内做出响应，及时电话沟通，若双方电话沟通后，确认无法解决的问题，供方需及时安排售后人员到达现场提供维修或更换服务。

因使用原因造成设备损坏等问题的善后费用（服务人员往返差旅费等）由使用方承担。

在保修期内，使用方应按规定保养维护、操作设备，正常使用设备时出现的质量问题，维修、更换设备配件（易损件除外）费用由供方承担；
