防火窗型材冷弯成型机

本机由机架、牌楼、主轴、传动系统、校正、导向架、中间装置轧辊等组成。

①机身

机身部分是本轧机主体，为钢焊接结构，主梁为H钢，台面为A3板焊接一体结构，焊接完成后均经去应力处理再机加工而成。

②导向装置

本装置由水平导向托辊、侧导向立辊、机架、螺纹调整机构等组成；对原料带材作横向限制，**带材能够在稳定的状态下运动。

本装置安装在主台体的较前端，通过垂直螺纹调节机构可将机架上下调整并锁紧，以适应不同直径底辊的进料要求。通过水平螺纹调整机构可将侧导向辊作横向位置调整并锁紧，以适应不同宽度带钢的要求。

③牌楼组件

此部分为本机的主要工作部分，由前后牌楼架及上下轴、滑块等组成.

上下主轴是ф///mm的圆钢加工而成，具体加工工艺如下： 

粗车——调质处理硬度——精车——铣键槽——磨床加工至符合图纸尺寸。

牌楼、横梁为铸钢件，滑块为高密度球磨铸铁件，上下主轴通过轴承固定在滑块上，滑块可在牌楼内上下移动，以便调节上下轴的间隙，以适应不同带钢对轧辊间隙的要求。

④中间装置在两牌坊中间辅助主轧辊变形，同时起导向作用。

⑤校正装置

本装置用来校正工件在成形过程中造成的上下弯曲、横向弯曲及扭转，使之符合尺寸要求。

本装置可分别作垂直升降调整、水平横向调整、绕心回转调整。

本装置主要由外框架、垂直调整机构、内座盘、水平调整机构、回转调整机构等组成，以便准确定位。

⑥传动系统

由电机、减速机、分配箱、万向联轴器及分配箱座等组成，传动形式为集群传动，电机驱动减速机输出动力，分左右两部分将动力传到分配箱，以减小倍增负载，再由万向联轴与主机下轴联接。

1 fuselage

The fuselage part is the main body of the rolling mill, which is the steel welding structure, the main beam is H steel and the table is the A3 plate welding body.

2 guide device

The device is composed of horizontal guide roller, side guide vertical roller, frame, thread adjusting mechanism, etc. The material strip is restricted horizontally to ensure that the strip can move in a stable state.

The device is installed at the front end of the main stage body. The vertical thread adjusting mechanism can adjust the rack up and down and lock it up and down to meet the feed requirements of different diameter bottom rollers. Through the horizontal thread adjusting mechanism, the lateral guide roll can be adjusted and locked to meet the requirements of different width strip.

3 archway components

This part is the main part of the machine, by the front and back archway frame, upper and lower shaft, slider and so on.

The upper and lower spindles are made of round steel with a diameter of 1 / mm. The specific processing techniques are as follows:

Rough car-tempering processing hardness-finish-milling keyway-grinding machine to conform to the drawing size.

The upper and lower spindle is fixed on the sliding block by bearing, and the sliding block can be moved up and down in the archway in order to adjust the clearance between the upper and lower axles, so as to meet the requirements of different strip steel for roller clearance.

The intermediate device assists in the deformation of the main roll and plays a guiding role in the middle of the two archways.

5 correction device

The device is used to correct the upper and lower bending, transverse bending and torsion of the workpiece during the forming process to meet the size requirements.

The device can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and horizontally, and rotated around the center.

The device mainly consists of external frame, vertical adjusting mechanism, inner seat plate, horizontal adjusting mechanism, rotary adjusting mechanism and so on, in order to locate accurately.

6 transmission system

It is composed of motor, reducer, distribution box, universal coupling and distribution box seat. The transmission form is cluster drive, the motor drives the reducer to output power, and the power is transmitted to the distribution box in two parts, so as to reduce the double load. Then by the universal coupling and the main machine down shaft connection.
